I just wanted to share my experience with Apex Pros plumbing. When I got home from work, I noticed that there was a strange noise coming from my basement when I went downstairs to investigate. I found out that I had a massive leak in one of my pipes.The leak damage several personal items and I knew it had to be stopped Immediately. In addition, I was scheduled to leave to go out of town the next day.I hopped online and found Apex Pros and read some of the reviews. Based on their reviews, I decided to give them a chance. When I called them. The receptionist greeted me and understood my situation immediately and stated that she would send someone out as soon as possible.The tech that she sent out was Julian. He was phenomenal. He was courteous, polite, and diagnose the problem immediately. He worked fast and efficient, and the problem was resolved.In today’s society where customer service is lost, working with Julian was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend him and Apex Pros on any job that you may have. You will not be disappointed!Thank you very much, Julian!

I was incredibly impressed with Apex. My technicians, Canon French and Jacob Lyons, were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. When they arrived, they listened carefully as I explained my concerns, including what I initially thought was a leaking tub spout. They even took the time to check out a dripping shower head while they were there.Upon inspection, they discovered the leak was actually coming from one of my toilets—not the tub spout as originally suspected. Still, they went the extra mile and caulked around the tub spout to ensure it was properly sealed, just in case. They also found that my main water shut-off valve was nonfunctional and needed to be replaced.Canon and Jacob were so kind and took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explaining my options and offering helpful advice based on what they’ve seen in homes built in the early 2000s. Their patience and attentiveness meant a lot to me, and I’ll always be grateful for how thoughtful they were.Before they left that first day, they even asked if there was anything else in the home I wanted them to take a look at—something I found incredibly considerate.They returned the next day with all the necessary parts and replacement toilets, and by 2 p.m., they had efficiently completed everything: replacing the shut-off valve, installing a new shower cartridge, and swapping out three toilets. After finishing, they explained that the original leaking toilet wasn’t even the worst one, so replacing all three was a smart decision.I was especially impressed by how clean they left everything—so much so that I wouldn’t have even known they had been here. They were meticulous, always wearing and removing their blue booties when entering and exiting my home—something many other companies tend to overlook.I would trust Apex, and especially Canon and Jacob, with any work in my home. Their professionalism, care, and dedication truly set them apart.

Our AC went out so my veteran husband who has a lot of health and breathing issues called Apex Pros. The manager Nick made us a priority visit the very next morning. He was straight forward and friendly. The next day Jason and Manny installed our new HVAC system. They did a great job making sure we were satisfied with the work and were also very professional and kind. So happy they were able to get us hooked up before the heat wave came. It has now been a week since install and we couldn't be happier! Thank you guys for your dedication to your customers, and thank you for your service to the 17 vets who work for your establishment!

I cannot say enough awesome things about Jason! First off….he is an excellent Sales Person! He is extremely polite, kind and funny! He is a hard worker…….Did not even take a break that day. Eric was very personable and professional. We have a newly built house and needed the gas line attached to our grill. Eric indicated there was a step the builder needed to complete. He worked with our contractor to explain. The very next day the contractor had it completed! We appreciated him understanding it was the contractors mistake which saved us money. That was very nice of him. I have been impressed with Apex from the very beginning when you call in and keeping us informed of our appointment. Would highly recommend Apex and specifically Eric!

Dustin did a fantastic job of installing my new kitchen lights - 2 small chandeliers and 3 pendants. One of the lights was especially difficult, but Dustin would not let it run! He disposed of the old lights and took the boxes away. Very thorough and he cleaned up after himself. Very pleased!!

I just recently bought a house 2 1/2 years ago and our water heater took a dump on us. Zachary Carter from Apex came today and replaced our water heater. He did a quick and efficient job and was very pleasant to work with. Apex was very straightforward with their pricing and what I needed as the customer to do. They offered me multiple solutions and never pressured me on which one to do. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that is looking for any type of heating needs. Zach made this big expense as a new home owner much easier for us and the process took less than 2 hours. Thank you so much!!

Had a great experience with Apex and with our Pro, Julian. Scheduling the appointment online was really easy. The day of the appointment, Apex checked in to see if they could send someone earlier due to running ahead of schedule. Julian was professional and friendly. He explained the problem and showed me the problem areas with our leaky disposal. He educated me on the options for repair and then was able to complete the repair right away. He was quick and cleaned as he went. Would absolutely work with Apex again and would recommend Julian too!

My adventure with Apex started with a broken furnace and a recommendation of Apex by my old HVAC technician who had retired. Braden (and Nick) were my repair technicians and did a thorough job examining and diagnosing my furnace. They walked me through the issues and answered all my questions directly and patiently. It turns out my 44 year old furnace wasn’t repairable and my AC unit was also out of date given the EPA change of refrigerants.I appreciated that as technicians they had to call in for pricing and weren’t really trying to sell me. I had done significant research and their diagnosis and explanation were legit. They were able to get me the pricing, walk me through the options and help me make the best long term decision. I ultimately decided to replace both furnace and AC unit given the generous discount. (They told me to relay that Captain Tightpants needs to keep up the good work!)Apex was able to fit me in the next day and Blaine and Shawn arrived right on time. They were professional and knowledgeable quickly removing the old units and installing the new ones. I had asked them to finish by 4 pm due to dinner plans and they were done by 3pm! The new units work great and the installation looks clean.My overall experience was great and, while not cheap given the amount of work done, I feel like I was guided and cared for by both the technicians and installers and received something that will last hopefully another 20 years. Thank you guys for doing a great job and thank you Apex for being an honest and caring company.

My furnace quit some time while I was at work, and by time I knew it, it was after 6pm. I called Apex and was able to get a next day appointment! I wish I remembered the females name that took my call, but she was very helpful, friendly, and was willing to work around another appointment i already had scheduled for the next day. The technician and I believe apprentice, Randal Spence and Mohammad, were both very friendly. Randal was very thorough in his explanation of the issues and even checked the AC unit as well so that I could have a total summary of what was wrong and to assist in my decision on whether to fix or buy a whole new unit. I really appreciate that he very kindly explained everything while showing me what he was talking about, so that he wasn't just saying words and terms he knew I wouldn't understand. Truly A+ service! Nick was called in to discuss purchase options, and he was in no way pushy. He let me make my own decisions and did not "sugarcoat" anything or try to upsell me a unit that was not needed. He was also very thorough, explaining everything that I needed to know. I'm excited to get my new unit tomorrow and will return to make another review on the installation and the unit itself once I've had adequate time using it. So far, I'm a happy customer!Update 1: Installation went great. Blaine and Sean were courteous, clean, and also thorough when explaining my new unit and thermostat. I didn't get to meet Gavin, he did the outside unit, but everything looks great!

Our plumber Zachary did an amazing job installing a new water filtration system and water softener in our house. He even went the extra mile and moved one of our hose bibs for us so it would not be on the softened water. The project was carried out professionally with Zachary demonstrating knowledge in his craft as well as delivering excellent customer service to myself and my family. I highly recommend him and Apex for your plumbing needs!

Angel, Abdul and Adam were awesome. They worked almost nonstop for 4 days replacing all of our inside drain and sewer lines, and even rerouted a couple. They explained what they were doing every day, and walked through all of their work afterwards. They were very respectful. I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for sending this fine young gentleman to take care of my plumbing issues. He was extremely informative asked questions to make sure I understood all that was needed done and why. As he completed each item, he let me know and had me check them out. He went above and beyond, making sure that my refrigerator was back to making ice. There was an issue with the actual pipe coming from the wall explained to me what was wrong and then instantly took care of it. It was such a pleasure to have such an extremely professional young man who treated me with the most respect. I wish more repairman/technicians had the same high caliber as a young man.

I'm incredibly pleased with the service I received from Apex Plumbing, especially from technician Canon. Canon was professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and flawlessly in just one day. The price was fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Canon and his installation team were also very clean and thorough, leaving no mess behind. Also, It was great working with the same person for both the sales and installation – it made everything so easy! I highly recommend Apex Plumbing and Canon for their outstanding service!

I highly recommend Ryan for any plumbing needs! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He was also very respectful of my home, leaving everything clean and tidy when he finished. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust, but Ryan definitely earned mine. I’ll be calling him again for any future plumbing work!

Keenan from Apex pros was amazing! I needed my main water shutoff valve replaced in time for the bathroom remodel team to start on the master bathroom update next week. He was here promptly, very professional and was able to get that item addressed as well as diagnosis the issues I was having with 2 other toliets in the house. Keenan was kind, curteous and quickly addressed everything. Thank you Apex and thank you Keenan!

Apex Plumbing responded quickly to my early morning request to unclog master bathroom shower and toilet. John Conway was very professional. He quickly assessed the issue and cleared the sewer line. This was the first time I could not clear the problem. Based on that information, he requested the company to bring a drain camera. They quickly determined the problem. The information provided will allow me to back to the builder for remediation. New construction home. Thank you John and Todd.

Can I give Blake 10 stars?? Very professional, conscientious and personable. Helped me understand the importance of rectifying our situation in a way that I felt was honest and transparent. Unrelated to our job, he interacted with another plumber, possibly with less tenure than he, about a job in a very respectful, almost mentor-like way. Next time we need work done, I'll ask for him. They made a hard job look easier than anticipated. I was on the edge because hiring a professional can be quite expensive. They worked as an efficient team, not pushy but satisfying all informational needs. Bears a great representative, honest and personable.. We had Eric out to install a new water heater. He is professional, courteous and answered all my questions. You get the sense that he takes pride in his work and helping people. Eric has actually been out before to fix a stubborn drip in the shower. We were happy with that service which is what led us back to Apex and Eric for our water heater replacement. After several days of Luke warm showers we knew it was time for a replacement. I called around 9:30am and he was at the house at 2pm. I was very happy with such quick service. I would definitely recommend Apex and Eric.

I felt I had a bit of an emergency issue today and Apex was able to send out Blake and Zach in a very timely manner.They were very personable, very knowledgeable and just very engaging. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and a nice job was completed and everything is perfect right now.

Quick, easy, and professional. Justin did a great job of explaining to me what he was doing, showed me where the shut off valve for water was which I never knew, and updated me on some other issues I should know about. It wasn’t the cheapest job but it was done right and without any pressure. I appreciated his advice and friendly demeanor.

James Conway was great to work with. It's very informative as to what my options were and was friendly and professional throughout the service call.I was having some serious drainage issues that I could not solve. After he explained my options, he completed the job in a timely manner.I would highly recommend him!
