Alex was fantastic - he was friendly, straightforward and even went above and beyond while he was assisting! For example, I told him that the cold and hot water were backwards in the shower and he helped fix it even though it was outside of the original scope of work. My toilet was loose and had moved from its original location. Alex did a great job replacing the seal & resetting my toilet to ensure that it is securely bolted down & won't move around now. Very professional and knowledgeable, we got a nice water system, jet pump for our well water, to replace a very old system. We found that not many plumbers understand wells and we were fortunate enough to have Mica come set up what was best for our home. We would highly recommend him.
