The guys from Apex installed our ac and furnace and the ac is working great. They were a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and concerns. They were very concerned with keeping our place clean. They cleaned up after they finished. I was very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone needing ac or furnace work.

Our service pro tech Alex is phenomenal!! Great disposition and excellent capacity to diagnose the dilemma of mold found in the water meter cabinet… helping us to eradicate potential health concern. Install of new water heater and adjuster was perfect and leak fixed in tub . We are very happy with his service !

I think the Service man was very nice and pleasant and helpful. I don’t know that I could’ve asked for a better one he made me feel comfortable explained things to me. Make sure I had all my Questions answered. He can keep up the good work

Landon Coonrod did an amazing job today! He was a true professional and gave a fair and honest diagnosis of our home electrical system. He had an educational approach to the diagnosis and was not pushy in his assessment of the services. Landon also helped install a lighting fixture in our home and was quick, clean, and reliable as he tested the fixture in full upon completion. After the work was completed Landon gave an in depth explanation of the Care Bear Club services and benefits of the services it provides to the customer. At the end we ended up signing up for the services and look forward to using Apex for future home improvements. Overall extremely happy with Landon’s professionalism and the work he did on our home!

Apex Plumbing was amazing! We had an emergency leak and had to shut off our main water, which was especially stressful with two very young children at home. Jacob was able to come out the very next day and quickly plug the leak so we could have running water again for the night, which we were incredibly thankful for. He came back the following day, communicated everything clearly, explained what needed to be done, and had us fully back up and running within just a couple of hours. He was kind, professional, efficient, and truly went above and beyond. As someone who works in the commercial HVAC industry and is around service technicians often, I can honestly say Jacob is exactly the kind of technician any company would be lucky to have. I would hire him in a second.... and honestly, I would have loved to steal him for our team! But he also couldn’t say enough great things about his company, which says a lot about both him and the team he works with. This was genuinely one of the best service experiences we’ve had. We are so thankful for Jacob and Apex Plumbing and would absolutely recommend them to anyone 🤗💪

Awesome guy! Walked me through each step and explained each phase of the repairs. Super friendly guy and came out within an hour of calling them when my AC went out on a 95 degree day. Got it up and running in about an hour and a half.

Technician was great. Since issue was electrical, had to hop through various diagnostic steps, but was able to locate the culprit. Extremely professional.

JaHammond Lindsey from Apex was very friendly, respectful, and informative! He explained step by step what he was doing and what to expect! Would highly recommend this technician!

Abdulla arrived on time and did a terrific job diagnosing our problem with an outdoor electrical outlet, and quickly repaired it. He was friendly, very thorough, and explained everything to us. We were extremely grateful for his expertise.

Awyar arrived to give me an estimate for hot tub electrical wiring. His knowledge and expertise made me so confident in my decision to go with Apex Pros. When Awyar and Yusef arrived today for the install they were so friendly and professional. They did a great job on the install and left the area in good condition. We talked about another project as well so I’m sure I’ll see them again soon!

I have had greet experiences working with Apex. I just had a chat conversation with Sarah to find the exact replacement for my furnace filters. She was able to pull my account, give me the exact specs I needed, and offered to send me links to get the correct model. That is going the extra step. Thank you, Sarah and thank you, Apex!
