Apex pros came out on a Saturday to look at my hot water heater that was not working any longer. Gave me an estimate on different options. It was definitely a no pressure service call. Julian did a great job explaining the new tank, the install process, the service plan, and worked with me for an installation date that fit my schedule. He even tolerated my dog very well! He installed it a few days later and it went perfectly.

Apex provided one of the most professional experiences I’ve ever had. They were able to schedule an appointment same week, provided text reminders and updates as well as a picture/profile of the Electrician, Ryan Casey, who they’d be sending.Ryan was extremely polite and professional and even gave us some pointers on projects and things to update later.Overall great experience.

We had a great experience with not only the company but the service pro they sent out Shawn. I called around dinner time on a Monday night they had him out Tuesday morning. He assessed the issue quoted us the price and had our kitchen sink clog fixed quickly and efficiently. He cleaned afterward and left the place spotless. Great guy and great experience.

Joshua from Apex was fantastic! Despite a scheduling mix-up (totally my fault), he made it out within 24 hours and did an amazing job replacing part of our plumbing. Super professional, answered all my questions, and left everything working perfectly. Plus, the price was really reasonable. Great guy and top-notch service—I’d recommend Joshua and Apex to anyone!

Second time we have worked with Apex and each time I've been very impressed with their service and knowledge. They strive to make their clients happy.Our tech Eric gave us a lot of insight into our dishwasher problem and did what he could to clean out our drain line even while informing us that it may not fully fix the problem. He was very courteous, respectful, and apologetic that he couldn't fix the problem outright. Will be using their service again in the future.

I had an unexpected electrical issue pop up Sunday evening that had me going into Monday with no power at my home. I contacted APEX early and they were quick to schedule me a same day appointment. Cody and Reuben assessed the issue, worked to get me the best deal, and completed the work same day. They replaced my entire outside electrical box and restored power by end of day. They were professional, respectful, and kind to my dog who wanted nothing more than their attention.Couldn’t be happier with the work completed. Thank you Cody & Reuben!!

This was our first call to Apex Pros and it was answered in a timely manner. The lady I spoke to seemed genuinely interested in my words.Our plumber was Justin Thompson. An outstanding young man. Personable, knowledgeable and took the time to explain our situation and the steps he would take to rectify the problem. He was efficient with his time. We would highly recommend.

I recently hired Justin Corne to install a battery backup sump pump, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, Justin was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to detail. He took the time to explain the installation process and answered all my questions, making me feel confident in my decision. The installation was seamless, and he left the work area clean and tidy. I highly recommend Justin for any plumbing needs—his expertise and customer service truly deserve five stars!

My tech, Cody, was exceptional! He gave a quick & reasonable estimate after a full assessment of my hot water tank. It was $200 less than a competitor & guaranteed same day service. He also diagnosed a bathroom sink leak I didn't know I had once he turned the water back on after the tank fix. Originally, I was slated for an afternoon service call, but I'm happy there was a little "mix up" & I got the earlier window. Giving you a GREAT REPORT for service!! Thanks, Cody (and APEX)! 👍👍

We had new kitchen countertops and sink so Julian game the day before the installation to disconnect all plumbing under the old sink.The game back the day after installation and reconnected all plumbing and appliancesGreat service and very professional.We also have their Bear Care for plumbing and HVAC

As a new customer I am beyond impressed with the service I received. Justin Christian was so knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Same day diagnosis and repair got my sump pump up and working again and I couldn’t be more pleased. Justin was friendly and efficient and made this repair a breeze. Apex was AMAZING through and through! Joshua was my technician and he was respectful, extremely helpful, honest, and patient. He was fine with me having 3 dogs who bark and even hooked me up with an electrician after hearing about a totally unrelated problem. When scheduling, the woman I talked to on the phone was so friendly and helpful as well. I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing company with superb customer service.

WOW!! Amazing service, super friendly and informative. Justin was professional and plumbing was finished on time and cleaned up.Chris, Caleb and Nick were fantastic from sale, install, and following up with any issues on electric and home generator install. We also really appreciated the extra help we got from them and company as a veteran family and the respect and kindness was much appreciated! They all were like having friends over.I couldn't recommend Apex and their team enough!! Everyone should feel secure in Apex and their great employees work! Thanks again..

Justin arrived ahead of schedule. Very professional in his appearance and work ethic. Very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. My choices were to repair the problem or replace the toilet for a hundred dollars more. I now have a new toilet under warranty. Works for me.In addition; different day, Justin and his assistant replace the second upstairs toilet due to old worn out parts and it was best to replace than repair.Jason and his crew replaced my furnace and A/C unit due to a crack in the heat exchanger in the old furnace. Both units were installed 13 years ago and I felt it was best to replace them at the same time. I enjoyed observing professionals, enjoying their work. Shout out to the owner; your employees think very highly of you; especially after the merger.

Andrew came out to service our AC. He went above and beyond to see what needed to be fixed and didn't leave until he was able to find a solution. He gave different options and told me what he thought was best with examples and why. He explained what he thought was going on in a way that I could understand. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional. He took time to actually look at what was going on in a way that made me feel comfortable with adding additional services. Thanks Andrew

Eric is great, very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything in detail so that we understood the problem and what was required to fix it. He's also friendly and personable. We enjoyed talking with him and we were very happy when he fixed our air conditioning so quickly.

Excellent service!! Apex was very organized and professional when they scheduled me and when the electrician Shram came and gave the estimates and worked on the issue with our light switch. He did an excellent job, was super polite and very helpful in explaining in a way I could understand. I was originally planning on getting an estimate from another company just to compare, but I felt comfortable enough to stick with Apex, so not sure how they compare to other companies on prices, but for me I feel like the price I paid was worth the experience I got.

Justin did a great job. He was professional and friendly. He was conscientious about covering his boots in the house. He helped me see something I should consider replacing in the near future. But mostly, he installed a new disposal so I don't have a leak under my sink any more and that made me happy.

Apex takes water emergencies AND customer satisfaction seriously! When other plumbers weren’t, Apex treated our home as a priority. Shannon led a skilled, professional and extremely efficient & tidy crew for our water main line replacement. Todd ensured I could stretch every dollar to the max, providing a great value for superior work done swiftly! Paula sincerely saved us by scheduling our resolution with true priority status based on the urgency during our time of need. If 10 stars were possible, I’d rate them 10/10!!!

Shawn did a great job for us and got our toilet and shower draining again. Very easy to schedule and came out the same day. They also were able to beat a competitors bid. We will be using them again for more work that needs done. Highly recommend them!

Drew was great! Answered all my questions, and gave me quotes for a few different things needed around the house. Excellent service.Braden also came out to check our HVAC and was awesome as well. Made sure everything was up and running, and set us up to have an AC guy come out for some quotes. Again excellent service from two lovely gentlemen.

Great service. Plumber was quick to diagnose the situation and gave me a straight explanation of the situation. He offered additionally services, but did not do so aggressively; He spelled out what was necessary today and what could wait. Julian was friendly and professional. I especially appreciated how he greeted our dog to make everyone at ease during his service trip.I would highly recommend using this company for any plumbing-related needs.

I called Apex to replace a few water line hoses and complete the set-up for my new washer machine. Julian was great to work with. He explained the areas of concern in detail and made sure I understood why they needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend Apex for any plumbing issues!

Apex was an excellent choice for our hot water tank replacement. Dusty was very professional, knowledgeable, and told me about flushing to help the life of the tank. I had no clue this was something that needed done periodically.Excellent company. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs.

We had a water leak and had to get a water service line repair done. The city gave us a tight 2 week deadline, and he scrambled to call Apex. Anthony was our coordinator, and he was very helpful understanding what needed to be done and some questions on financing. On repair day, Derek did an amazing job with the waterline repair. He got to our house right on time and immediately started working. His team did great work and answered all of our questions. They were done within a few hours.

I cannot say enough good about Charles Crosby and the wonderful work he did at our home! He found the problem quickly, stayed while the fire dept came to shutoff the outside water and helped with some cleanup! Charles contacted the restoration company for us and things have moved so quickly because of Charles professional manner and his attitude of really caring!! I have already recommended your company and Charles to 2 people with more to come!!!@

This is our first time using Apex Plumbing. We had some issues with a toilet after new flooring was installed. On a Friday we thought we would not be able to get anyone to come out. The customer service was amazing and Thomas was punctual and informative. He took care of our toilet and the price was not bad. Thomas was so polite and careful on our new flooring. We will use Apex again. The other cool thing is this company has plumbing, HVAC, and electric!Thank you Apex!

5/5 ✨ - We used Apex to address a leak from our primary bathroom that was impacting the ceiling of our dining room, troubleshoot a mysterious leak of a vent in the basement, and check out our kitchen sink. Charles and Jason were a dynamic duo - they came out, did an assessment (water heater, vent leak, garbage disposal - we're efficient in this household 😉), replaced our water heater (with an American brand 🇺🇸🗽) 💦 🔥, and correctly installed the previously-incorrectly-installed shower drain in our primary bathroom. 🚿 Unfortunately, Jason experienced an injury to his eye (the company should supply them with protective eyewear 👀 🥽) but championed on like a trooper. By the end of the day, they came out, assessed, and tackled all of our (plumbing) problems! Great work, guys!
