We had a great experience with Apex Pros! I was able to schedule the appointment online and the service tech arrived first thing in the morning of our appointment. We had lost power to an entire room in our house, and Nathan was able to quickly identify the issue and get everything back up and running. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and 5ook the time to explain what was causing the problem. We really appreciated how efficient and informative he was throughout the process. Would definitely recommend Apex Pros!

Guillermo went above and beyond to help me!! He rerouted a gas line. He fixed my leaking laundry faucet and replaced the laundry box. Also installed a pan under my water heater!! Very happy with my service. Excellent service!!

After 26 years it was time to replace my furnace & AC. My grandson, a former HVAC technician, recommended Apex for their quality workmanship & Lennox for the longevity of their systems. The Apex salesman arrived on time, reviewed my current system and discussed my wants. He produced a chart of three different HVAC system configurations with three different prices. Talk about sticker shock! The prices were about double what I was expecting! I was afraid I wasn't going to be able to afford a new system. Scott and I were able to negotiate and he threw in some sweeteners. Best of all Apex was able to offer a financing deal that allowed me to make the purchase without touching my savings. Two days later the installation crew arrived on time in the morning. It was windy and raining all day, not perfect for installing the outdoor AC unit. The crew wore footwear protectors and used drop cloths to keep mud out of the house and basement. They worked all day dismantling the old system and installing the new one. The crew lead then showed me how to operate the new thermostat and reviewed some of the items on the new furnace. I'm very appreciative that Apex was able to make our deal workable and recommend them fully.
