Your Annual Heating System Tune-Up is scheduled for the fall, while your Annual Cooling System Tune-Up takes place in the spring. As for your Annual Plumbing System Inspection, it can be conveniently conducted during either of the aforementioned seasons.

  • Thoroughly clean and inspect unit and all working parts
  • Inspect all duct work, filters and air flow
  • Test temperature and calibrate thermostat
  • Inspect and tighten all connections on A/C system
  • Lubricate mechanical components on A/C system as needed
  • Complete and review inspection checklist for A/C system

Heating: Hibernate with Warm Paws

Here is what we will include in our Precision Heating Tune-Up:
  • Thoroughly clean and inspect unit and all working parts
  • Inspect all ductwork, filters, and airflow
  • Test temperature and calibrate thermostat
  • Inspect and tighten all connections on heating system
  • Inspect and check heat exchanger for cracks or damage
  • Complete and review inspection checklist for furnace and/or heat pump

Plumbing: Clean Water is a Bear Necessity

Here is what we include in our Precision Plumbing Maintenance:
  • Check hot & cold water mains
  • Check all faucets, showers & toilets for proper operation
  • Check washing machine hose, valve & drain
  • Check garbage disposal connections & operation
  • Check dishwasher connections
  • Drain & flush conventional tank water heater (if applicable and necessary)
  • *Additional fee for tankless water heater
