Mr. Barney arrived on time and immediately went to work repairing our kitchen sink's faulty plumbing problem - improper pipe installation by another company. We are repeat customers with Apex Pros for over two years now. It started with a Lennox two-stage gas furnace and Lennox total-home air conditioner in 2025. Mr. Barney over the past several months has installed a new 40 gallon water heater, repaired a leaking refrigerator ice maker water line and fixed our main toliet not flushing properly. He is very professional and is very respectful of our home.

We had Apex come out to repair our weatherhead after a storm. Landon Coonrod was very communicative and personable. He informed me of all the options available and was able to fix our issue in a timely manner.

Andrew Collins did a great job! I appreciate that he was able to come on the same day I called, most other electricians said that it would be a week before they could come and check my issue. That was totally unacceptable. Andrew was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. I would highly recommend him to others and he will be first on the list if I ever need electrical work in the future.

Luke did a complete evaluation of the problem and determined that additional work was needed to complete the task. He was able to get my refrigerator back online and replace my GFI and several other outlets. He explained everything to my complete satisfaction. We discussed the additional work and have booked that appointment. Luke was very professional and courteous. I look forward to his return to complete the additional project. Thank you.

Nate and his colleague went above and beyond to help resolve our toilet issue. We ended up having to replace our very old toilet, but they where extremely helpful in that entire process. They felt very honest and well knowledgeable. They did a great job with the customer in mind. I would highly recommend Apex Pros and especially Nathan. We will use them again in the future.

Justin Corne from Apex was knowledgeable and checked out the problems and presented a course of action for resolution. We needed a new hot water tank and a leak repair. He explained his plans; came the next day prepared. He expeditiously and professionally removed the old water heater and installed the new water heater. He then made the repair of the leaky pipes. We then added a replacement of an old kitchen faucet. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently. All of the work areas had been cleaned well. I appreciated Justin’s courtesy and detailed explanations of the problems and the resolutions for them. May experience was excellent and I now have peace of mind knowing the problems have been resolved.

Professional, clear, quick

My Plumber was Tyler Goldenbaum. He did very well communicating on the process he was using to help unclog my main drain pipe. He did everything in his power to finish successful. Tyler was very professional and an all around nice person. He treated me very respectful and listened to my questions and answered all of them. Inspector Michael was professional,, courteous and explained what was going on with the drain pipes also called his colleague to take pictures of pipes for a thorough assessment.

Did a great job replacing sump pump. Described and showed what was happening and what he was doing. Re-sealed the radon cover when he was done

Had an unidentified water leak that he quickly diagnosed and repaired on the spot. Prompt, courteous, and because it was such a simple fix, gave me a break on the call. Excellent service all around.
