Jason Martinez was very kind and professional. He ensured my water heater was installed correctly and worked with me to ensure it was something I could afford with a payment plan.

Our tech, Michael Meadows, showed up promptly after a text thread letting me know they were in the area and could be at our place within next 30 minutes. Very informative and courteous throughout the process. He had a second with him, Alex, who was equally as helpful and polite. Apex was a second call after a first companies visit proved to be less than up-and-up with what I have felt to be selling more on a complete new system. Apex’s team took care of our needs while still being proactive for future preventative possibilities.

I had a new air conditioner placed almost 4 years ago and I had a serious leak coming from the condensation tank was leaking everywhere all of my carpet and the hallway underneath my bathroom flooring and had them out several times to try to fix it but they just made it worse I do believe then I called Apex she set up a seasonal tune-up for our furnace and found out that how it was placed the air conditioner that is was poorly done and not working efficiently I spent $3,500 on the original unit had to turn around and add $2,000 more to get it fixed the correct way the young man that did that was absolutely wonderful explained everything showed me everything and he is a tremendous asset to Apex his name is Zaine Rowe. He was at the house for a while repairing all of these problems that I had and he is absolutely a wonderful soul and a great technician, I am set up on the Care Bear plan and I hope every time that I have to have someone come out that it is Zane and no one else just for the simple fact he's like a son to me now what an awesome awesome person he is and an excellent worker wouldn't have it any other way!!

I can't say enough great things about Apex Pros and our technician, Kaleb Kennison. He is the absolute best! Kaleb is professional, very kind and respectful, and has a great deal of plumbing knowledge. I had a very old sump pump that was continuously running. Kaleb came in and immediately diagnosed the issue as a stuck float. He explained everything so i fully understood the issue and then gave me several options which included fixing the float, however, I knew the pump was old, so I wanted the pump replaced. I had two other companies come to give me a quote and both estimates were well above what Apex Pros' estimate was. Another reason I went with Apex Pros is Kaleb was the only technician that knew what an extra pipe coming from the sump well was for - radon. The other two technicians didn't know what the pipe was for, but Kaleb did! To say we are happy with Apex Pros is an understatement, we are extremely happy, and Kaleb is a big reason for that. I strongly recommend making Apex Pros your first call if you have any plumbing issues, and if you're lucky, you'll get Kaleb Kennison as your technician!

I had my furnace replaced today along with my air conditioner. The service men were polite and went above board to make sure that I was comfortable sitting and watching the work. These were brothers and worked very well. I’m ready for a hot summer or a cold winter. These guys get a A+ from me! APEX Heating and Cooling.

Abdullah and Ahmad did a great job. They arrived on time and communicated throughout the process. We have an old house, so nothing is ever straight forward. However, they coped with everything the house threw at them. I will definitely hire them again.

We have an old house, so any sort of electrical work often presents special issues. Abdullah and his crew were able to get a new ceiling fan properly and safely installed even after dealing with plaster and lathe, and 100+ years-old wood. Looks and works great.
