First time using Apex Pros, we had a garbage disposal that was not functioning. Jerry Miller was very professional and explained everything to us before he did any work. It was pricey but we had to get it replaced and he did a good job. He was very understanding and helpful. Making the appointment was very easy and communication was excellent with texts and phone calls. I recommend this company without any reservations.

Zaine Rowe was fantastic. He explained the issue, how he would address it and then had it fixed very quickly, all while our 6 year old talked to him non-stop…great experience!

Josh did an outstanding job today. Even though he could get our water heater fixed, it wasn’t for a lack of trying! Very courteous and professional. He suggested that I get a new water heater but I wasn’t quite ready and there was no pressure from him.

While the job I needed was unable to be completed by Awyar Bilal, He was nonetheless Courteous, professional, and Informative. I will be calling him back to complete the project when I am able to afford to do so.

We called late on a Thursday for a leaking sink problem and a technician was here with a few hours. The service price was way more than reasonable, no after hours fees either. And to further mention this was a repair from another contractors installation of a garbage disposal! Great work Apex!

Explained all options for repair fast courteous clean

Brandon Gartner is an excellent Tech. He was very thorough with his diagnoses. Took his time explaining the issue and the repair to get me back up and running. He is very personable I can’t say more. Outside of being an excellent representative for your company!

I called on a Monday evening and had a tech out early Tuesday morning. During inspection on Tuesday it was discovered that the AC unit needed replaced as well as furnace due to very old age and repairs. They were able to remove and install new equipment on Wednesday. The techs Braden, Floyd, Dillion were all very professional, proficient, and took time to answer my questions so I understood. The quick resolution and efficiency was greatly appreciated. I will make use of their services again as needed.

Sam replaced our entire electrical panel and breakers. He and the Apex team did an excellent job. I will recommend them to anyone that is looking to have electrical work done.
