Very kind and professional!

Guillermo our service tech was here within an hour to assess our problem. No water! Due to the inclement weather he said he would be back first thing the next morning to install a new pump. True to his word he was early and installed our pump. He was very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and very kind. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I had a great experience working with Brad McCarty during my full HVAC system replacement. Brad did an amazing job explaining all the details, answering my questions, and making sure I fully understood the options before making a decision. His communication, engagement, and professionalism really made a difference for me. Great service from the tech very friendly and knowledgeable. Cost more than I wanted to spend but had my AC back up and running within an hour.

Benjamin is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is wonderful to work with and does a fantastic job. He explains everything and is extremely professional. We wouldn’t go anywhere else for our plumbing jobs.

Awyar was an amazing technician. He quickly diagnosed what our electrical issue was, provided us with multiple options to address the issue. Once we agreed to what solution would be best, his work was very high quality and he also carried himself with a very high level or professionalism and manners. I would be more than happy to have him come back and repair any needed issues that may arise in the future.

Trevor did exceptional work on our older home, knew what to do for our unusual installation situation, and was very understanding in working with my elderly family member. Very grateful for your expertise!

Basement leak. Service opened wall to determine where leak may be coming from. Very professional and did his best to only open what was needed to locate leak.

Apex came to fix a problem that another company created. They came within an hour of my call, found the problem, and fixed it. Even though they were very expensive, I would call them again.

Apex helped me figure out the exact filters I needed to ensure my AC unit and furnace were working optimally. I have an electric air cleaner so it requires a special filter, which they were able to order and deliver to me. I chose Apex for a reason, and I am very satisfied with the service the provide.
