Angel, Abdul and Adam were awesome. They worked almost nonstop for 4 days replacing all of our inside drain and sewer lines, and even rerouted a couple. They explained what they were doing every day, and walked through all of their work afterwards. They were very respectful. I highly recommend.

Thank you so much for sending this fine young gentleman to take care of my plumbing issues. He was extremely informative asked questions to make sure I understood all that was needed done and why. As he completed each item, he let me know and had me check them out. He went above and beyond, making sure that my refrigerator was back to making ice. There was an issue with the actual pipe coming from the wall explained to me what was wrong and then instantly took care of it. It was such a pleasure to have such an extremely professional young man who treated me with the most respect. I wish more repairman/technicians had the same high caliber as a young man.

Thank you Apex Pros. Blake was the best. He helped me out with a hot water heater and got a new tank and installed with no problem. He was clean and efficient. I am impressed with Apex and will request Blake to service all of my plumbing needs.

I'm incredibly pleased with the service I received from Apex Plumbing, especially from technician Canon. Canon was professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and flawlessly in just one day. The price was fair, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. Canon and his installation team were also very clean and thorough, leaving no mess behind. Also, It was great working with the same person for both the sales and installation – it made everything so easy! I highly recommend Apex Plumbing and Canon for their outstanding service!

Julian Willlams was fantastic. He is very personable and professional. Many things happened he was always calm and got right into fixing the situation. I would ask for him for any other plumbing issues. Just great.

I highly recommend Ryan for any plumbing needs! He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently. He was also very respectful of my home, leaving everything clean and tidy when he finished. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust, but Ryan definitely earned mine. I’ll be calling him again for any future plumbing work!

Keenan from Apex pros was amazing! I needed my main water shutoff valve replaced in time for the bathroom remodel team to start on the master bathroom update next week. He was here promptly, very professional and was able to get that item addressed as well as diagnosis the issues I was having with 2 other toliets in the house. Keenan was kind, curteous and quickly addressed everything. Thank you Apex and thank you Keenan!

Apex Plumbing responded quickly to my early morning request to unclog master bathroom shower and toilet. John Conway was very professional. He quickly assessed the issue and cleared the sewer line. This was the first time I could not clear the problem. Based on that information, he requested the company to bring a drain camera. They quickly determined the problem. The information provided will allow me to back to the builder for remediation. New construction home. Thank you John and Todd.

Can I give Blake 10 stars?? Very professional, conscientious and personable. Helped me understand the importance of rectifying our situation in a way that I felt was honest and transparent. Unrelated to our job, he interacted with another plumber, possibly with less tenure than he, about a job in a very respectful, almost mentor-like way. Next time we need work done, I'll ask for him. Rock on Blake!

They made a hard job look easier than anticipated. I was on the edge because hiring a professional can be quite expensive. They worked as an efficient team, not pushy but satisfying all informational needs. Bears a great representative, honest and personable.. Both he and William very considerate, knowledgeable and competent.Thanks for a good job!

We had Eric out to install a new water heater. He is professional, courteous and answered all my questions. You get the sense that he takes pride in his work and helping people. Eric has actually been out before to fix a stubborn drip in the shower. We were happy with that service which is what led us back to Apex and Eric for our water heater replacement. After several days of Luke warm showers we knew it was time for a replacement. I called around 9:30am and he was at the house at 2pm. I was very happy with such quick service. I would definitely recommend Apex and Eric.

I felt I had a bit of an emergency issue today and Apex was able to send out Blake and Zach in a very timely manner.They were very personable, very knowledgeable and just very engaging. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and a nice job was completed and everything is perfect right now.

Apex crew Jeremiah and Jodie were excellent. Work was completed, very efficient. Very patient with my questions. Thorough in additional projects needing done. Took time to explainEstimates. Helped schedule electrician, quick turn around schedule time to complete jobs. Very impressed. Good job guys.

Quick, easy, and professional. Justin did a great job of explaining to me what he was doing, showed me where the shut off valve for water was which I never knew, and updated me on some other issues I should know about. It wasn’t the cheapest job but it was done right and without any pressure. I appreciated his advice and friendly demeanor.

I highly recommend these guys and this company for your heating and cooling needs. They are reliable , explain everything, and very helpful. They said what they were going to do and did exactly what they said. Very please with their work and reliability . Blaine and Tyler are dependable and very reliable. James Conway was great to work with. It's very informative as to what my options were and was friendly and professional throughout the service call.I was having some serious drainage issues that I could not solve. After he explained my options, he completed the job in a timely manner.I would highly recommend him!

We had to schedule a last minute appointment to unclog a drain from our kitchen sink. We booked online late at night and were able to get a morning appointment. The communication from the Apex team was great and our service tech John did a great job of explaining the issue, talking about options and then taking the time needed to complete the job. The cost was more than we expected but other than that we are happy with the service.

Eric was great! I knew when he was coming, he was on time, polite and professional. He fixed the frozen pipes and kept me informed throughout the process. The service provided by Robert and his assistant/apprentice was great. They came in, assessed the situation and explained things in a clear manner. They were both very professional and courteous, and even gave me additional tips on how I can make the well shocking and flushing process better. I’ve worked with enough technicians to be able to tell when they are trying to upsell me and when they are being fair. Robert was more than fair with what they charged me for even though it was much less than what I anticipated the issue costing. We will definitely be coming back to use this company. Thank you.

Drew came to my home to diagnose and replace a mixing valve for my master bath shower. He was very professional and personable even offered some free advice on a separate issue. The service was quick, easy, and backed with a one year warranty. I also really appreciated the shoe covers Drew wore (didn’t have a chance to shovel). Highly recommend Apex.

Our tech Julian was honest and helpful. He gave his own experience advice and broke down all the options for us. He was quick to get everything installed and sensitive to us having kids around. I appreciated his honest hard work and he even showed my husband how to do some maintenance on our tank. We have gone with other companies in the past but will continue returning to this company. I highly recommend them and was thankful to have hot water again so quickly in this cold weather.

Charles (Dusty) and team were detailed, reasonable, great customer service, straight to the point. Fixed my water heater the day after New Years. My furnace was busted as well- he was able to coordinate that the same day with a furnace colleague. He even came back to work on it late (after 7p) to finish up the work due to the furnace folks working and not having enough space in my basement. Total godsend for sure! 10/10 recommendation 💯

Apex took care of me the same day, and Nick did a fantastic job. He also was very efficient, and took pride in his work. He was courteous also. This was my first experience with Apex, and it was great. I don't recommend many companies, but I would recommend them all day long!

We were very relieved and grateful that Apex could come out the next day, a Saturday, when booking late the evening prior. Eric T. was quick to understand the issue and diagnose the problem. He gave us our short-term solution and offered long-term recommendations. His explanation was thorough and used visuals he captured of the interior of our unit while discussing his reasoning. Had a visit from Apex Pros. My service agent was Cody Cooper. He was an absolute joy to work with. Big smile when I opened the door. He asked questions on what needed done and was super knowledgeable he gave us a quote and we accepted and he got right to work. He found a couple other electrical things we should look at doing and worked up an estimate for those items. Explained everything to my husband and I and answered all our questions. Hands down one of the best experiences. Will definitely be calling again when we need help. Cody is just amazing and needs all the recognition for his attention to detail and friendliness. Just a pleasant experience.

Ruben did a great job installing new electrical in my basement today. He was nice and friendly but most importantly very detail oriented and didn’t skip steps in getting the job done. He has changed my mind about hiring out work and I’ll call apex again anytime I need electrical work done. Lastly it was great hearing “ I can get this done today if you’d like” I was actually still getting quotes but it felt right to go with him instead of wait!

We recently had an outlet that needed rewired due to a frayed wire that was causing a fire hazarded. Chris came out to look into the problem and was able to diagnose quickly what was going on. While he was out he also noticed some other issues that needed to be addressed. We ended up having additional work done, including having a new circuit breaker panel and new ground wire installed. Chris presented me with the work that needed to be done, and explained what should be done now and what could wait. There was no pressure to have it all completed but we did opt to have it all done.Our technician Nick was very proficient and professional. He was able to quickly get the outlet issue addressed and get power restored to our basement the next day. He came back the following week to install the new panel and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing while I watched.I had a great experience using APEX and would definitely recommend them. Obviously, any time you have electric work completed you are going to spend some money, but I feel that I was charged a fair price for all the work that was completed.
