"I admit that Apex was a bit pricier than the other estimates I'd been given, but they were more prompt and ready to assist with my emergency situation. Josh was very helpful, patient, and surprisingly fast at installing the new water heater and removing the old one. I was very glad to have him here."

"Logan was excellent, took the time to explain everything and was very easy to work with. The rate was VERY EXPENSIVE though. The materials cost $30 but the labor was $500 for 30 minutes, which puts the hourly rate at $1,000/hour. In hindsight, I should have agreed to an hourly rate and paid based on that instead of the entire job. Advice to those with similar projects that don't have much plumbing knowledge."
